In the widely circulated clip, Dachomo declared that his death would "ignite a war" leading to the liberation of Christians in Nigeria.
“We have shown mercy and love, but they refuse to see it. I don’t know where I’ll be next, but I’ve already told my family and church members: if I’m kidnapped, no one should pay a single kobo. My grave will speak, and my blood will start a war that will free Christians,” he said.
The cleric, known for his outspoken stance against violence targeting Christian communities in northern Nigeria, stated he was prepared for the risks of speaking out.
“That day is coming—I’m waiting for them. I’ll even tell them to kill me quickly because no ransom will be paid,” he added.
Dachomo had earlier shared a video of a mass burial for victims of a recent attack in Heipang, near Jos, Plateau State. He described the footage as evidence of an “ongoing Christian genocide” in the region, saying he documented the killings to ensure the world does not deny or forget the atrocities.
His remarks have stirred intense online debate, with many Nigerians praising his courage while others fear for his safety amid rising insecurity in the North.
