ADC Appoints Ex-NANS President as Deputy National Youth Leader

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced the appointment of Chinonso Obasi, a former President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), as its Deputy National Youth Leader.

Obasi, a seasoned youth development consultant and humanitarian, is known for his commitment to youth advocacy and benevolence. His appointment is expected to leverage his wealth of experience and strong youth following to drive the party's youth engagement initiatives.

Obasi's impressive track record includes serving as National President of NANS, Regional Coordinator for the South-South, and Southeast Coordinator of NANS. He also made history as the Pioneer President of the Nigerian Youth Union and represented Nigerian students at the 2014 National Confab.

The ADC, which recently inaugurated its new National Working Committee led by Senator David Mark as National Chairman and Rauf Aregbesola as Secretary General, aims to reposition itself as a major force in Nigerian politics. Obasi's appointment is seen as a strategic move to strengthen the party's youth wing and mobilize support among young Nigerians.
