On Saturday, the bandits invaded eight villages, including Dan Isa, Kyatawa, Tudu, Gidan Haruna, Tsunburburawa, Gidan Juli, Tokarawa, and Gidan Bako. They killed one person in Gidan Haruna and kidnapped eight women.
The following day, the bandits attacked Kwalau village, killing four people: Abubakar, Murtala, Aminu, and Bello. Another resident, Ashafa, sustained gunshot injuries and was rushed to the hospital.
The bandits also looted livestock and goods from local shops. In Kyatawa village, they looted goods worth thousands of naira after breaking into several provision shops.
Residents expressed frustration over the lack of government response to the attacks. "Hardly a day passes without an attack on one or two villages. The situation has gotten out of control," said a local resident.
