Represented by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Youths and Sports Development, Alhaji Nasiru Galadima-Kaura, the governor commended the NYSC scheme's contributions to the state's development, citing its positive impact in education, health, and agriculture sectors.
He reaffirmed his administration's commitment to the welfare and security of corps members, praising their resilience and discipline throughout the orientation course.
Lawal encouraged corps members to approach their primary assignments with dedication and view their mandatory service year as an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the state and nation.
Zamfara's NYSC Coordinator, Malam Muhammad Lawan, lauded the state government for its consistent support of the NYSC scheme, highlighting the comprehensive training corps members received during orientation.
Lawan urged corps members serving in Zamfara to continue being good ambassadors of both the NYSC and Nigeria.
