Nigerian Army Arrests Alleged Terrorist's Wife in Zamfara

Troops of the 1 Brigade of the Nigerian Army have apprehended a woman suspected of aiding terrorist activities in Kanoma town, Zamfara State. The suspect, identified as Fatima Isah Ile, was found hiding in an uncompleted building on the outskirts of the town.

According to security sources, Fatima allegedly lured children into buying petroleum products for her. Investigations revealed that she is the wife of a notorious terrorist, Isah Ile. During the operation, troops recovered three jerricans of petrol.

The suspect has been handed over to the Department of State Services (DSS) for further investigation.
