He emphasized that the mass promotion reflects Wike’s dedication to improving staff welfare and fostering professional growth. Ezeh also assured workers that future promotions would adhere to scheduled timelines.
Addressing preparedness for upcoming exercises, Ezeh advised civil servants to start early preparations for the 2025/2026 promotion cycles, stressing that diligence and hard work remain key criteria. He further highlighted the commission’s commitment to its digital transition, with Computer-Based Tests (CBT) now standard for promotion exams—a system endorsed by Wike to modernize the process.
