He emphasized that while the APC had rolled out a nationwide e-registration initiative to modernize and expand its membership base, the situation in Zamfara appeared to deviate from the party’s stated objectives.
Ajiya pointed to widespread allegations of manipulation, where certain factions within the state’s APC leadership were accused of blocking Jajiyya members from registering. He argued that such actions not only undermined the credibility of the exercise but also risked deepening divisions within the party ahead of critical electoral activities.
