Niger State Governor, Umaru Bago, has donated 100 bags of rice and 10 cows to support the feeding of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members during their orientation course.
The donation was presented on Sunday at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Paiko Local Government Area.
Mrs. Martina Shuaibu-Ibrahim, the state's NYSC coordinator, commended the governor for his commitment to improving the welfare of corps members.
This donation follows the governor's previous gesture, where he provided 600 bags of rice, 20 cows, and a stipend of N200,000 to each of the 1,600 corps members of the 2024 Batch "B" Stream 1.
