The fund, which is interest-free, is designed to help students pay their school fees and cater to their study needs. Lawal-Tsagem highlighted the Federal Government's achievements in the North-West, including support for wheat farmers in Kebbi and ginger farmers in Kaduna, as well as the ₦2 billion Yawuri Water Scheme.
A lecturer at Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic, Adamu Muhammed, praised the government's initiatives and urged the region to cultivate goodwill with the administration to continue benefiting from its projects.
He also emphasized the importance of competitive citizenship and the need for communities to take ownership of their development.
